• Receive and address complaints related to misconduct, fraud, or violations of institutional policies.
• Coordinate with government and legal authorities on vigilance-related matters as per regulatory requirements.
• Organize awareness programs and training sessions on ethics, governance, and vigilance mechanisms.
• Submit periodic vigilance reports and recommendations to the management for continuous improvement.
